These Terms of Service govern your use of the services provided by Dunham Computer Services, operated by Henry Dunham, a sole proprietor based in Glennville, Georgia. By subscribing to a plan, using our website, or requesting service, you agree to these terms.
Dunham Computer Services provides remote and in-person computer repair, IT support, AI-assisted tech support, managed antivirus, patch management, and related technology services to residential and small business customers in Georgia and surrounding areas.
Our Shield Basic plan ($9.99/mo) includes AI-assisted tech chat (Henry-supervised), breach monitoring, step-by-step virus removal guidance, and Windows update guidance. Higher tiers include remote repairs and managed endpoint security. Specific plan features are described at dunhamcomputers.com.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the PC Health portal or by contacting Henry directly at (912) 455-2207 or henry@dunhamcomputers.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued.
If a payment fails, your account may be suspended until payment is resolved. Accounts suspended for 30 or more days may be offboarded and removed from monitoring.
By enrolling a device in any managed plan, you grant Dunham Computer Services permission to remotely access that device for the purpose of performing support, diagnostics, repairs, security scans, and software updates as included in your plan. Remote access is performed only with your knowledge during a support session or as part of automated background maintenance you have enrolled in.
You can revoke remote access at any time by requesting device removal through the portal or contacting Henry directly. Removal ends monitoring and managed services for that device.
Dunham Computer Services does not back up your personal data as part of any plan. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your important files, photos, and documents before any repair or service is performed.
While every reasonable care is taken during remote and in-person service, data loss can occur during computer repair. Dunham Computer Services is not liable for data loss, corrupted files, or lost software resulting from any service performed.
To the maximum extent permitted by Georgia law, Dunham Computer Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business, or loss of revenue arising from use of our services or inability to use our services.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms or any service performed shall not exceed the total amount you paid for services in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Services are provided "as is." While we stand behind our work, we make no guarantee that any repair, scan, or optimization will resolve every issue or that any device will remain problem-free after service.
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to interfere with service delivery to other customers. Accounts found in violation may be terminated immediately without refund.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect and how it is used.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will make reasonable effort to notify active subscribers of material changes.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in Tattnall County, Georgia.
