Four specialties, one honest handshake.
Modern managed services with old-school customer care. Subscribe for ongoing support and device health visibility, or call us for one-time fixes across Southeast Georgia and coastal GA.
Most people have no way to tell a computer having a slow morning from a computer with a real problem. Subscribers get a plain-English health grade for every device, with the reasons listed underneath: updates, threats, whether your antivirus is actually reporting in. And when a check doesn't come back, it says can't confirm instead of guessing. A green light you can't trust is worse than no light at all.
Henry's AI Assistant answers common questions, walks you through troubleshooting steps, and hands off to Henry for anything that needs a human.
The security software we license and manage for you watches your machine around the clock and quarantines what it finds on its own. You don't have to notice it, and you don't have to ask. It's business-grade tooling, not a consumer box off the shelf, and it runs on workstations and servers. If something serious turns up (ransomware, a rootkit, a trojan), our system cuts that computer off the network on its own so it can't spread to anything else, at three in the morning if that's when it happens, without waiting on anyone to wake up. My Device Health will show you exactly where things stand.
The security platform we put on your machines keeps recent copies of your files behind the scenes. If ransomware ever encrypts them, we can ask it to put them back the way they were, up to 7 days back. It's a capability we license and run for you, and it can turn a very bad day into a recoverable one.
When something real comes up, it doesn't sit in a queue overnight. Our system pulls read-only diagnostics within about a minute, writes up in plain English what it found and what it thinks should happen next, and texts Henry. If the text doesn't send, it emails him instead, because a notice nobody got is the same as no notice. Henry is personally on every serious call.
Windows updates and the programs that live alongside it (browsers, PDF readers, the rest) get installed on a schedule instead of waiting for you to click something, included on Home Complete and up. Then our own system checks back every half hour to confirm they really landed, and flags the machines where they didn't. Installing them is the easy half. Knowing whether it worked is the half nobody does.
We check your email address against HaveIBeenPwned, the public record of known data breaches, and show you which ones it turned up in and when. It's a look-up, not a stakeout. Nobody is crawling the dark corners of the internet on your behalf, and we'd rather tell you exactly what it is than dress it up. You can run it yourself any time from My Device Health.
AI-assisted help comes with every plan, any hour. It can look at your machine, run a check, and walk you through the fixes that don't need a human. Hands-on remote sessions, where we take a look with your permission, are included with Home Complete and Business plans and offered at a member rate on Home Essentials, handled live from our shop while you stay on the couch. Henry's hours are Henry's hours; the chat holds the line until he's back.
On-site visits across Southeast Georgia, Savannah to the small towns, quoted before the visit. Subscribers get priority scheduling and a member rate.
We'll set backup up for you (an external drive, OneDrive, or both) and show you how to check that it's running. Running it stays yours: we don't hold copies of your files, and no plan includes us backing them up on your behalf. If a drive is already failing, we recover what we can before it's gone for good.
Clean, fast websites for small businesses, built and looked after by the same local tech who keeps your computers running. Plain pricing, no agencies, no runaround.

Put AI to work on the busywork: repetitive questions, the same emails, data entry. Practical setup and training, in plain English.

We use enterprise-grade remote support and AI to fix things faster, explained the way you'd want.

For over 13 years, I've been helping families and small businesses across Southeast Georgia with their computers, networks, and tech headaches. I started Dunham Computer Services because folks deserve someone who picks up the phone, charges fair prices, and treats their stuff like it's my own.
And I've been building a lot longer than that: 20 years in marketing and design. Running events with HD Mobile Audio. Doing logos and album art for my own label, BOMBTRAXX, going back to the MySpace days. Building a wedding portal where brides picked their music, set their do-not-plays, and paid online. I built my first customer portal with online payments nearly 20 years ago. The platform that runs DCS today is the culmination of all of it, not a first attempt.
Whether it's a virus, a slow laptop, a printer that won't print, or a Wi-Fi dead zone in the back bedroom, I'm here to help. And now, with our new AI assistant, you can get support started in seconds, day or night.

That's the question we built for. Most people have no way to tell a computer having a slow morning from a computer with a real problem, so they either worry about nothing for a week or ignore something they shouldn't have. Subscribers get a health grade for each machine, in plain English, with the reasons listed underneath: antivirus reporting in, threats caught, updates, how long since it restarted. When every check comes back, it says so. When one of them can't be completed, it says that too, instead of showing you a green light it hasn't earned. And if something needs doing, you'll see it, and so will Henry.
Every subscriber gets one, at dunhamcomputers.com/portal. It's the My Device Health link in the menu. Sign in with your phone number and a PIN, and you'll see each of your computers with a plain-English grade and the reasons behind it: whether your antivirus is reporting in, what's been caught and removed, how your updates look, how long it's been since the machine restarted, and whether your email has turned up in a known data breach.
The part we're proudest of is what it won't do. If a check doesn't come back, because the machine is off or a look-up failed, it doesn't quietly count that as good news. It says Checking for updates, or Can't confirm now, and the grade holds back until it knows. If a computer hasn't checked in at all, it doesn't show a score at all; it shows Can't confirm and tells you the last time we heard from it. A number you can't trust isn't worth showing you.
Everything on the page comes from the most recent sync rather than a live feed, so refresh it whenever you want a fresh look. Open Cases sit right on the same page. If Henry is working on something for you, that's where it shows up.
Honestly, that's the hardest question in this business right now, and it's a big part of why we built the health portal. Computers have always had odd days. But now that there's AI in everything, in your browser, your phone, your email, an ordinary glitch and a real problem can look exactly the same from the couch. Wondering about it is not a silly thing to do.
We don't police what AI tools say or do; nobody can, and we won't pretend otherwise. What we can do is check the things that are actually checkable on your machine (is your antivirus reporting in, is anything sitting there that shouldn't be, are your updates current, when did it last check in with us) and tell you plainly what came back. If we can't confirm one of them, we say so rather than guess. Either way you get an answer instead of a feeling. And if you'd rather just ask a person: open the chat, or call Henry at (912) 455-2207.

Every plan includes AI-assisted help any hour, a real local human when it takes one, managed security, breach monitoring, and a health grade for every device you cover in the Device Health portal. Home Essentials ($16.99/mo) covers up to 3 devices, with hands-on remote repair sessions at a member rate. Home Complete ($24.99/mo) includes hands-on remote repair, automated patching, and up to 5 devices. Business plans ($39.99/mo+) cover up to 10 seats with priority support, plus priority scheduling and a member rate on on-site visits. One honest note: plans keep your computer healthy. Henry's AI Assistant is an AI-assisted chat agent that can walk you through diagnosing many common computer issues right from the chat: reviewing what we can confirm, suggesting sensible next steps, and pulling up your account info. If the issue needs a human, it connects you directly to Henry.
Don't panic. Don't click anything suspicious, and don't enter passwords or banking info until Henry has reviewed what's going on. Open the chat on this page, tell the AI your computer is acting strange, and it will walk you through a scan. If you're a plan subscriber, it can run a remote scan and surface the findings for Henry to review. Henry reviews each result and follows up before the issue is considered done.
No. You can always call Henry directly at (912) 455-2207 or use the contact form for one-time help. Plan subscribers get AI-assisted chat anytime, managed endpoint security running in the background, and priority response from Henry. For most people, the plan pays for itself the first time something goes wrong.
By default, no. DCS focuses on security threats and computer health: malware, phishing, scams, and risky downloads. We do not block normal personal browsing (social media, streaming, shopping, news, gaming, messaging) unless you ask us to.
If you’d like filters set up (parental controls for a kid’s computer, stricter rules on a work device, or specific categories blocked on your business endpoints), just ask, and we’ll set that up as a separate, clearly defined opt-in. For businesses, those rules are confirmed with the owner first; nothing changes silently.
We will not judge what you do online. We block threats. The rest is your business unless you tell us otherwise.
Many remote repairs are done same day, within the hour. Software issues, virus removal, slowdown fixes, and network problems can often be resolved remotely while you wait. On-site visits are typically scheduled within 24–48 hours. If it's urgent, call us. Henry answers his phone.
Yes! Switch to annual billing and get two months free, about 17% off compared to monthly pricing. Just toggle the "Annual" switch on the pricing section above to see the discounted rates. Annual plans are billed once per year through PayPal. You can also stack annual billing with our Founding Member discount for about 34% off.
Every plan comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you cancel within your first 30 days, Henry refunds your subscription payment in full. Just call or text (912) 455-2207 and it's done. The guarantee covers your subscription fee; one-time repairs, parts, and in-person visits are separate services and billed as usual.
We're reserving 50 Founding Member spots for early supporters. Founding Members get 20% off their plan for life, not just the first year. Enter the code FOUNDING50 at checkout to claim your spot. Once the 50 spots are filled, the offer goes away for good.
We check your email address against HaveIBeenPwned, the public record of known data breaches. If it turns up, we'll show you which breaches and when they happened, so you know where to change passwords. It's a look-up against a public database, not dark-web surveillance; we'd rather tell you exactly what it is than dress it up. You can run the check yourself anytime in the Device Health portal.
Home Essentials ($16.99/mo) is our entry-level plan: your household's IT person, on call. You get AI help any hour, a real local human when you actually need one, managed security, breach monitoring, a health grade for each device, and support for up to 3 devices. It's less than the cost of one repair visit, for a whole year. Need more devices or priority support? Step up to Home Complete: pick it when you sign up, or if you're already a member just let Henry know and he'll get you switched over.
Yes, on Home Complete and above. Windows updates and third-party apps (browsers, PDF readers, and the rest) get installed on a schedule through the managed patch tooling we run for you. Then our own system checks back to confirm they actually landed, and flags the machines where they didn't. The consumer antivirus boxes don't do this for you: Norton, McAfee, TotalAV leave updates up to you, and none of them come back afterward to check that anything actually landed. Out-of-date software is one of the easiest ways in, and it's the one nobody ever gets around to.
Norton and McAfee sell software. We sell a service. Their product sits on your PC and hopes for the best. When something goes wrong, you're on your own (or paying Norton $99.99 per incident for help). We actively manage your setup: managed endpoint security, patching we check up on afterward, AI-assisted chat support, remote repair included, a health grade you can look at yourself any time, and a local tech who actually picks up the phone. No bloatware, no browser toolbars, no surprise renewal price jumps. Just real help with a real person behind it.
