How to Install Your Device Health Kit
Download and open the ZIP on the Mac you want connected to DCS.
Read READ_ME_FIRST.txt, then open the two installer packages. Keep the security package's original filename.
Follow the Mac installer prompts and approve the required security permissions, including Full Disk Access. Henry can help you check them.
Tell Henry when you finish. Henry will verify this Mac's account assignment and protection.
Downloading the kit does not confirm setup or protection. If macOS blocks a package, stop and contact Henry.
Setting up DCS on this computer usually takes a few minutes.
Download the ZIP file. Your browser may warn you. Click Keep or Keep Anyway. The file is from your DCS portal.
Extract the ZIP first. Right-click the downloaded file and choose Extract All, then open the new folder. Do not run anything from inside the ZIP.
Right-click Install.bat and choose Run as administrator. This is important. It will not work otherwise.
Windows may ask if you want to allow changes. Choose Yes if you are ready to install. You may see the name of the software provider during install. That is expected. Leave the black window open until it finishes.
When it finishes, tell Henry. Henry will verify the setup. Your computer will show up on Henry's side within a few minutes.
Do not run this on a computer you do not want connected to DCS support. Installing on more than one device? Repeat these steps on each computer separately. If anything looks confusing, stop and contact Henry.
DCS blocks security threats by default: malware, phishing, scams. Normal personal browsing (social media, streaming, shopping, news) is not blocked unless you ask us to set up filters. If you want parental controls or stricter business rules, message Henry and we'll set that up as a separate opt-in.
Need help installing? Open the AI chat on our homepage and Henry's AI Assistant will walk you through it step by step. Or call Henry at (912) 455-2207.

The easy way
If I already look after this PC, I can connect straight to it. Just call or text me and click Allow when a little box pops up. Nothing to download.
On a different computer, or one I do not manage yet? There is also a one-small-download option and a browser option. See all the ways to connect →
