How to Install Your Device Health Kit
Read these steps before you download. It takes less than 2 minutes.
Setting up DCS on this computer usually takes a few minutes.
Download the ZIP file. Your browser may warn you. Click Keep or Keep Anyway. The file is from your DCS portal.
Extract the ZIP first. Right-click the downloaded file and choose Extract All, then open the new folder. Do not run anything from inside the ZIP.
Right-click Install.bat and choose Run as administrator. This is important. It will not work otherwise.
Windows may ask if you want to allow changes. Choose Yes if you are ready to install. You may see the name of the software provider during install. That is expected. Leave the black window open until it finishes.
When it finishes, tell Henry. Henry will verify the setup. Your computer will show up on Henry's side within a few minutes.
Do not run this on a computer you do not want connected to DCS support. Installing on more than one device? Repeat these steps on each computer separately. If anything looks confusing, stop and contact Henry.

DCS blocks security threats by default: malware, phishing, scams. Normal personal browsing (social media, streaming, shopping, news) is not blocked unless you ask us to set up filters. If you want parental controls or stricter business rules, message Henry and we'll set that up as a separate opt-in.
