Remote Support: let Henry fix it from here

Sometimes the fastest fix is me connecting to your screen while we talk. Here's how it works, and you approve every connection, every time.

  1. Get me on the phone first. Call or text (912) 455-2207. Nobody ever connects to your computer without talking to you first. Not me, not anybody.

To fix your computer, we'll use whichever is easier for you:

  1. The small download: works for anyone. Grab my support tool, one small file. Run it, click Allow when your computer asks, and I can help with the whole computer while we talk. Download the Support Tool Your browser may ask if you're sure. Click Keep/Run. Then tell me it's open.
  2. On a plan? Even easier: nothing to download. If I already look after your PC, I connect straight to it, and you just click Allow when a little box pops up. (Windows PCs I manage.)
