Sometimes the fastest fix is me connecting to your screen while we talk. Here's how it works — and you approve every connection, every time.

  1. Get me on the phone first. Call or text (912) 455-2207. Nobody ever connects to your computer without talking to you first — not me, not anybody.

To fix your computer — we'll use whichever is easier for you:

  1. The small download — works for anyone. Grab my support tool — one small file. Run it, click Allow when your computer asks, and I can help with the whole computer while we talk. Download the Support Tool Your browser may ask if you're sure — click Keep/Run. Then tell me it's open.
  2. On a plan? Even easier — nothing to download. If I already look after your PC, I connect straight to it — you just click Allow when a little box pops up. (Windows PCs I manage.)
