By Henry DunhamIf your computer is running slow, check what opens when it starts up. A pile of “helpful” apps launching in the background can make a decent computer feel like it’s dragging a cinder block through Savannah traffic.
On Windows, open Task Manager, click Startup apps, and disable anything you recognize and don’t need right away. If you’re not sure what something is, don’t guess.
